Warhammer Tone Pro: Stunning cover and vibrant colors
The Warhammer Tone Pro range hits shelves on Saturday. Yesterday we saw how flexible the new paints are and today we’re looking at their coverage and shine.
One of the first things you’ll notice when you open a can of Tone Pro is how smooth and consistent the paint is, and all 150 paints are the same consistency. Then, when you have applied the paint to your brush, you will feel how smoothly it flows onto your miniatures.

The paints provide incredible coverage – it’s the best coverage yet of a Warhammer paint. Even white* and yellow, colors notoriously difficult to obtain, give a strong, opaque coat from the first application. The quality of the pigment in the paint is what allows it to cover so well and makes painting even these notorious colors much more accessible.

It’s not just about the cover, Tone Pro also has some of the most vibrant colors in Warhammer paints. This really opens up your creative possibilities and the different stories you can tell with your miniatures. They also work great with the existing Warhammer Color range, opening up even more options for your color combinations.

Finally, new paints will self-level as they dry. This means you’ll get a really smooth finish, brushstrokes will disappear, and details in your miniatures won’t be obstructed. This makes Tone Pro both easy to use and incredibly forgiving.
You’ll be able to get your hands on the new paints starting Saturday. Head to your local store to begin a new era of Warhammer painting.
