Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin knocked off the field against the 49ers
UPDATE: Commanders Head Coach Dan Quinn said that while there is no official update on Terry McLaurin’s knee injury, there are concerns that his injury is significant.
Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin was carted off the field during Monday night’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Washington’s best player lost on a third down play with about two minutes left in the first quarter. The ESPN broadcast showed McLaurin clutching his left knee.
The commanders confirmed this presumption by announcing that McLaurin was ruled out with a knee injury.
Teammates surrounded McLaurin, emphasizing the seriousness of the moment, with several players from both teams coming to wish him luck. Reporters at the scene said he was wearing a helmet as he left the field.
Here is the video of the room where McLaurin fell:
Losing McLaurin for any length of time would be a big blow, especially if he leaves for an extended period of time.
