Weekend protests in France will be limited to union demonstrations, says Macron

“The general recommendation is that there be no demonstrations. Those who want to continue demonstrating, when it comes to trade union organizations, will be offered alternative routes by the prefects,” announced the French president. “When they are not trade union organizations, as far as possible, they will be banned.”
