Wladimir Klitschko claims Hayden Panettiere’s jewelry was pawned
Wladimir Klitschko, Hayden Panettiere’s ex, thinks some of her jewelry was pawned
Wladimir Klitschko tries to preserve Hayden Panettiereinheritance.
Less than two months after Hero the star died at the age of 36 from an accidental overdose, Klitschko, who shared his daughter Kaya11 years, with Panettiere – claimed that some of the late actress’s personal belongings were missing.
According to an Oct. 5 filing obtained by E! News, Klitschko’s attorneys said, “Petitioner is informed and believes that a non-family member previously associated with Hayden sold certain items belonging to Hayden, including jewelry, to a pawnbroker. The pawnbroker has refused to release specific information about items without being contacted by law enforcement.”
“In the absence of such contact,” the document filed in California Superior Court in Los Angeles continues, “there is a real and continuing risk that any remaining items, including jewelry, believed to belong to Hayden, will be sold, transferred or rendered unrecoverable.”
The filing states that because no individual has been named as the personal representative of Panettiere’s estate, no one has the authority to request law enforcement assistance in investigating the alleged disappearances.
