Wu-Tang Clan to headline halftime show at Detroit Lions Thanksgiving Day game
The Wu-Tang Clan will headline the halftime show of the Detroit Lions’ Thanksgiving Day game against the Chicago Bears.
Eminem and his longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg, are once again producing the Lions Thanksgiving halftime show and overseeing talent selection. Last year, they brought in Jack White for a stunning performance with a surprise appearance from Eminem himself.
“We often like to do things that are both exciting and unexpected. A Wu-Tang Clan Thanksgiving show in Detroit certainly fits that description!” Rosenberg said in a statement. “Eminem and I have been fans of Wu since the early ’90s, alongside an entire generation of Detroit football fans, and we’re honored to bring them to this year’s stage.”
