Yaniv Hayoun, from hijacked Flydubai flight, becomes a sex symbol
Is there a plumber in the house?
Israel has an unlikely new sex symbol – and it’s a virtual promised land for plumbers.
After a hijacked Flydubai flight by an ill suspected terrorist pilot miraculously averted disaster, details have been revealed about the group of brave Israelis who saved the day, including Yaniv Hayoun.
Hayoun, a plumber, put the Omani co-pilot accused of trying to massacre the pilot in a headlock, pulled him from the captain’s seat, then grabbed the controls, managing to stabilize the plane in a dive using techniques he learned from the TV show “Air Disasters.”
This stunning act of heroism left a country shaken, in awe – and for some singles, intrigued.
Israeli women are seeing plumbers in a whole new light, hoping they can be stopped from flushing their love lives down the toilet.
“I want a plumber, baby,” Pasadena native Chaya Lev, who has lived in Israel for a decade, told the Post. “They’re fearless – I’m obsessed – he’s the man I want.”
Who needs the dating app Grindr when all women really want “Plungr”?
“It’s about being a man who knows how to rise,” the 52-year-old social media personality said.
“Who doesn’t want a man who can get into the cockpit and save the plane after watching a TV show?” she cried. “It’s sexy.”
Here is the latest on the alleged terrorist attack on a plane bound for Israel:
But for the Pasadena native who now lives in Israel, it’s “more than being a plumber – you have to be an alpha male who knows when to hold it and when to bend it.”
“Israelis are just built differently. »
And Israeli men are taking note – hoping to probe the heart of an obsessed woman.
Popular culinary personality Rami Tal, who moved to Tel Aviv from Australia, rose to fame with his show “Cooking with Rami.”
But the transplant – a single local heartthrob – insisted he may be changing tactics to prevent his love life from falling apart.
“I’m considering changing my page to ‘Plumbing with Rummy’ out of admiration and respect for the hero who saved everyone,” the Australian chef told the Post.
No Israeli plumbers’ schedule is available yet, but the women say it’s only a matter of time.
Even President Trump seemed to have a relationship with plumber hero Hayoun. “You love me and I love you,” the president exclaimed in a video posted on TikTok.
“He’s a Trump fan. I’m a fan of his, a big fan,” Trump said.
“Plumbers are hot, Israeli men are hot,” American-Israeli Sivan Hadari told the Post.
Here is the latest on the alleged terrorist attack on a plane bound for Israel:
“Most Israeli men – a plumber, a pizza delivery guy – will take action,” added the founder of Her Tel Aviv, a networking community for female transplants in Israel.
It all depends on Israeli culture, which includes compulsory military service in the Israel Defense Forces.
“The plumber went to the army and fought terrorists,” the entrepreneur explained. “Every man who goes through the military here has that alertness, thinking, ‘I might have to take on a terrorist at any moment.'”
But before every man walks around Tel Aviv with a plunger slung across his bare chest, it’s wise to remember one cardinal rule, Hadari intoned.
“Israeli men in general are very sexy right now – and all women around the world should feel just as protected. »
