A dog’s suspicious welcome at home prompts its owner to investigate the problems she is experiencing

A dog’s suspicious greeting alerts the owner that things are not as peaceful as they seem at home. This Instagram video shows a Border Collie named Oreo welcoming his pet parent with a forced expression. She stands like a statue, doing her best to make eye contact with her human. But his efforts fail when his narrowed eyes start looking anywhere but his owner’s.

Meanwhile, the human becomes suspicious and looks for trouble the offending dog must have caused. In the caption they say: “This face always tells me something happened.”

The dog’s reaction becomes the first clue that the house has not remained peaceful

In a cute and funny dog video on Instagram, a Border Collie named Oreo looks suspicious as she welcomes her owner into her home. A line on the screen reads: “I knew something was wrong the second I got home.”

The clip then shows the fur baby standing in the middle of the house, trying to act normal. But his guilty expression does not go unnoticed.

The owner sees his animal standing, stiff, with one paw out. On the screen it says: “This guilty little step”. While Oreo wags her tail, she tries her best to look cool. It looks like she wants to smile and look straight into the pet parent’s eyes. However, this is easier said than done.

Oreo’s eyes begin to squint as the owner brings the camera closer to his face. She tries to appear innocent, but her wild eyes betray her. “And she didn’t even look at me,” the human mentioned. Eventually, the owner discovers the truth. It appears the dog inspected a trash can, leaving a spill of waste on the floor.

Meanwhile, viewers found the video hilarious and commented on Oreo’s guilty face. One user also wrote in the dog’s POV: “Now don’t panic. Okay, but there *may* have been an incident in the other room.” Additionally, the post has garnered over 57,000 likes as of this writing.
