“I’m 77. More creative, healthier, busier, more curious – and more alive than I was at 40,” he continued, crediting his partner with “good love,” kindness, adventure and “a little discipline” for his vision.
He added that there are “mountains still worth climbing”, and ultimately gave “an absolute refusal to let anyone else decide my worth” as the reason he thrives.
Williams also encouraged his supporters to pursue their goals.
“We have not come this far to become invisible,” he writes. “We’ve come this far to become unstoppable. We don’t stop. We always win – and we haven’t even played our best hand yet.”
Williams’ message of vitality comes decades after experiencing the crushing side of fame when “Happy Days” was at the height of its popularity.
In a previous interview with Fox News Digital, Williams recalled being mobbed by thousands of fans during a concert at Del Mar Racetrack in California.

Williams appeared in all 11 seasons of “Happy Days,” which ran from 1974 to 1984. The series also starred Ron Howard, Henry Winkler and Don Most.
The longtime friends reunited publicly in 2025 for the first time in five decades during a panel at Steel City Con in Pittsburgh.
“It feels like 50 minutes,” Howard said during the reunion. “We’re having so much fun hanging out, and this is kind of our great excuse to get together.”

During a previous interview with Fox News Digital, Williams described their relationship as “selfless love” and “indefinable chemistry.”
The couple also collaborated on the off-Broadway production “Crazy Mama: A True Story of Love and Madness,” based on MaHarry’s memoir. Williams directed the play, which stars his former “Happy Days” co-star Linda Purl.
