Actions of Bending spoons soared 35% after a new securities filing revealed that Berkshire Hathaway made a new $330 million investment in the company.

The latest injection follows the conglomerate’s $600 million investment in July, when the Italy-based serial acquirer went public on the Nasdaq.

As part of the deal, Bending Spoons will issue 10 million shares of common stock to Berkshire at a price of $33 per share.

“Bending Spoons continually evaluates mergers and acquisitions opportunities and our pipeline remains strong,” Francesco Patarnello, Bending Spoons co-founder and head of corporate acquisitions, said in a statement. “We believe Berkshire Hathaway’s investment reflects confidence in our team and platform and will further strengthen our financial flexibility and ability to make attractive acquisitions as part of our broader financing strategy.”

The investment now brings Berkshire’s stake in the company to 4%, according to the filing, and is the conglomerate’s latest investment move as CEO Greg Abel took over from legendary founder and investor Warren Buffett earlier this year.
