But for us, recover now and be ready to fight again, we’re a good team for that, we’ve got a great squad and we can rotate if needs be. But we’ll be ready to go on Sunday.”
That is the right message publicly. Internally, Bournemouth will know this is a serious test of depth and endurance.
Liverpool Forward Line Faces Another Big Opportunity
For Liverpool, the task is clear. Start quickly, move the ball with purpose and make Bournemouth chase. If the home side are carrying any fatigue from Europe, the visitors have to expose it early. Letting Bournemouth settle would be a mistake.

This also feels like a useful stage for Liverpool’s reshaped attack. With Alexander Isak now central to the side and attacking options around him continuing to develop, this is the type of away game where efficiency matters more than spectacle.
