Odin and Brad Pitt in “Heart of the Beast”

A24 Prime time with $19.1 million in the United States, had a limited launch overseas with $1.2 million in France, Germany, Austria, India, Taiwan, the Baltics and Iceland for a global $20.3M WW. Of this amount, France invested $530,000 and Germany and Austria, $325,000. What’s interesting is that some distribution sources believe, at least in the United States, that Heart of the Beast is going to have a fantastic multiple on that A- CinemaScore, while Prime time is front loaded with a B. I disagree because Prime time sells when you’re sitting in the theater, however, the truth will be in the numbers.
