Carney launches pipeline in response to US-Canada trade war

Currently, the governments of Canada and Alberta are supporting the project, alongside a private investor, the Pembina Pipeline Corporation, which has entered into a non-binding agreement for a 10% stake during construction and the possibility of acquiring an additional 10% once the pipeline is operational.
