Former JPMorgan banker prosecuted for ‘sex slave’ accused of making sister lie about kissing, racist remark: file

The former JPMorgan banker who accused his boss of making him his “sex slave” tricked his sister into lying in sworn testimony for him — claiming she saw the boss kiss her brother on the neck and tell him, “You belong to me, Brownie” — according to a new filing from the bank seeking to dismiss the case.

Chirayu Rana reportedly sought help from his sister and a close friend to back up his lurid allegations against Lorna Hajdini – who responded last month that Rana was in fact carrying out a “deliberate and sustained plan” to portray her as a racist sexual predator and criminal.

In a filing late Monday in Manhattan federal court, JPMorgan renewed its allegations of lies and misconduct by Rana, saying they merited “the most serious sanction available.”

The bank said the moneyman tricked his sister Chandani Rana and friend Allan Flott into lying in order to bolster his accusations that Hajdini forced him to have sex and demanded submissive behavior in general.

Chandani Rana initially swore she saw Hajdini kiss her brother on the neck and utter denigrating words like “You own me, Brownie” – echoing her brother’s allegations of racism.

Chandani Rana echoed those comments earlier this month, saying: “I have never seen Ms. Hajdini engage in any inappropriate, sexual, harassing, threatening or intoxicated conduct toward my brother or anyone else. »

Flott previously claimed that Hajdini urged her to join Chirayu Rana for a bedroom threesome at Flott’s house, saying: “You know, Chirayu belongs to me, so you better come join us.” JPMorgan said Flott was “misguided” by his friend, although it has yet to pick up on the story.

Last April, Rana accused Hajdini of forcing him to have sex and promising him career advancements in return – including forcing him to have oral sex, grabbing his genitals and threatening to “ruin” him if he didn’t comply. He also accused the company of racism and creating an environment conducive to sexual harassment.

JPMorgan and Hajdini – who filed a lawsuit in May claiming the accusations set his career on fire and damaged his reputation – are demanding that Chirayu Rana cover their legal fees.

“No order can completely restore Ms. Hajdini’s reputation or undo what she suffered,” her attorney Melissa Rodriguez said in a court filing. “But the court can put an end to this fraudulent litigation, hold those responsible to account, and put an end to Ms. Hajdini’s ongoing nightmare.”

Rana struggled to obtain legal representation throughout the case.

His latest lawyer, Jon Norinsberg, asked to withdraw from the case, citing “irreconcilable differences” with Rana. Norinsberg declined to comment to Reuters, citing court instructions.

High-profile attorney Daniel Kaiser dropped out of representing Rana in May. Another lawyer stopped representing the businessman in negotiations with JPMorgan before the suit was filed.

Rana left JPMorgan in late 2025 for private equity firm Bregal Sagemount, which severed ties with him in April after less than six months on the job due to performance issues, company insiders previously told The Post.
