A new GTA6 A leak has surfaced online, revealing a collector’s card supposedly accompanying each physical copy. Unfortunately, while the leak reveals the existence of this collector’s card, it does not reveal what it is. This has also not been confirmed. Instead, the leak comes from a GameStop store which states that physical copies come with a “physical collector’s card.” This was not officially communicated by GameStop, but instead appeared in some stores.
The origin of the leak comes from GTA6 Reddit page and has been circulated by prominent Grand Theft Auto accounts on X and elsewhere. The post, seen below, specifically shows what appears to be a DIY ad displayed on the window of a single GameStop store. The location of this store has not been revealed. The author of the post said he went in and spoke to employees who reiterated the information.

What would make this surprising is the fact that even a physical copy of the game isn’t included with the physical copies, just a code. So the fact that Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive went above and beyond by including a physical copy of a collectible card would be surprising. That said, both Grand Theft Auto V And Red Dead Redemption 2the two most recent versions of the first, came with physical cards, so there is precedent to expect a physical card with GTA6 physical copies, but these games also came with physical copies of said games, so it’s unclear how important the precedent is.
While it may seem strange that Rockstar Games is withholding this information, you have to remember that it is trying to generate pre-orders towards the $100 version, which is not physically available and therefore would not come bundled with this card. In fact, it provides a strong incentive not to share this information. This still doesn’t explain why GameStop employees would have access to this information, unless they already obtained copies and opened them, which seems unlikely.
It would be fitting for this to be leaked before it was publicly announced, as pretty much everything about this game was leaked before it was announced or shared publicly. Recent examples of this include Cardi B’s leak and the confirmation of a previous leak that revealed a never-before-seen feature. Grand Theft Auto Or Red Dead Redemption the game was in GTA6.
At the time of publication, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, and GameStop – all parties involved – have not commented on this leak, which remains unverified and somewhat questionable. This hasn’t stopped the issue from spreading, so it’s possible that a clarification will be made, although all three parties rarely comment on rumors and speculation.
