Isaias is expected to bring heavy rain to Alabama throughout the day and evening Saturday.
The SEC top-10 matchup between undefeated Georgia and Alabama could be one of the most important games of the season in terms of College Football Playoff implications.
The University of Alabama released a statement saying it was monitoring the forecast, but kickoff currently remains set for 6:30 p.m. local time.
President Trump was supposed to travel to Alabama for the game, but told reporters Wednesday that the hurricane could impact his decision to attend.

FOX Hurricane Weather Specialist Bryan Norcross urged fans to stay weather aware.
“Think carefully about the safety of driving to the stadium if you plan to attend. The storm’s strongest winds will decrease as it moves inland, but gusts will increase,” Norcross said.
There will be a threat of tornadoes north and east of the center’s path, Norcross said, referring to the center of Isaias after it makes landfall. “And flooded roads could be a problem Saturday, particularly in eastern Mississippi, the southern half of Alabama, the southern half of Georgia and the coastal Carolinas.”

A Level 2 of 4 flash flood risk covers much of North Florida, including Gainesville on Saturday.
Florida said it sold out its tickets for the 22nd straight home game, with kickoff still scheduled for 12:45 p.m.
