Kim Kardashian Reveals Shocking Number of Nannies She Has for Her and Kanye West’s Kids
Kim Kardashian has revealed she has five nannies to help look after the four children she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
The billionaire businesswoman always has one of her nannies on rotation when her children, North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7, are with her, she told The Sunday Times Style Magazine in a profile published on Saturday.
Despite getting extra help, Kardashian makes sure she’s the one taking her kids to and from school. She also sits down for a family dinner every night.
“I think I’m a middle-of-the-road parent,” Kardashian, 45, explained. “I am extremely patient and loving. I always have a child sleeping in my bed whenever he wants. I read books with the kids every night.”
While the Skims founder hasn’t commented on her current relationship with West, 49, she noted that they communicate well when it comes to their children’s endeavors, especially North’s as she embarks on her solo music career.
“It’s something her father and I communicate better about,” she said. “We make sure we are aligned and that she is involved in projects that we both approve of.”
The “Kardashian” star and West, who were married from 2014 to 2022, have enjoyed a tumultuous co-parenting dynamic over the years.
The “Donda” host opened up about her ex via social media when Kardashian described herself as the “primary provider” of her child.
During a 2024 appearance on the ‘What’s in the Winkler’ podcast, the reality star admitted she felt “alone” raising her children – despite having multiple nannies.
Kardashian admitted she has a “great support system,” but it gets difficult in the middle of the night when her kids are sleeping in her bed and “kicking” and “crying.”
Kardashian claimed she doesn’t often talk about her struggles to avoid judgment, but insisted she was “basically raising four kids on her own.”
“People will always say, ‘Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and help,'” she said.
Over the years, the actress remained reserved and busy as she continued to build her billion-dollar empire.
In addition to starring on reality TV shows since 2007, she began studying law in 2018 through the California Law Office Study Program, which required 18 hours of work per week.
In 2019, she launched her Skims shapewear line.
The TV personality is still working to pass the bar exam after a few failed attempts, with a source telling Page Six in May that she was taking a break from studying to focus on “filming and producing several projects.”
Kardashian recently added “actor” to her resume after signing on to Ryan Murphy’s series “All’s Fair” as Allura Grant in 2025. She recently finished filming season 2.
She is also juggling a new relationship with F1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
As for West, he married model Bianca Censori in December 2022, just under a month after finalizing his split from Kardashian.
