New York governor criticizes Cornell prosecutor and police for handling of allegations

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) sharply criticized the county attorney’s office and Cornell University police on Friday. for allegedly failing to protect a former student who reported in 2024 that she was drugged and gang raped at an Ithaca fraternity house.
