Nintendo Switch Online app datamine points to event gifting system for Switch 2 and Switch
Fans are discussing the possibility of a new Event Gifts feature for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch following the latest datamine.
User X @idocode01 shared the latest findings from a Nintendo Switch Online app update, highlighting the feature. What we know so far is that there can be multiple giveaway events happening at the same time. Plus, each event has its own videos, thumbnails and more.

At this time, it’s unclear what Nintendo’s plans are for the future, given the limited information we’ve received so far. The evidence suggests that some sort of system is planned, but it remains to be seen whether anything concrete will come to fruition and how exactly it will be rolled out. That said, the fact that there’s already a soundbite may suggest that we might see something soon.
Nintendo Switch Online has gradually introduced new features over time. Most recently, the service introduced a limited-time event this year where players could complete Donkey Kong-themed challenges to earn collectible cards. Nintendo will soon providing special physical cards to those who completed each challenge.
