Starbucks’ holiday menu is back today, but without the fan-favorite flavor.

The coffee chain introduced new tiramisu-flavored drinks this year while also bringing back the Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, and Peppermint Mocha, among others.

But drinks flavored with chestnut and praline are particularly absent from the program, causing outrage among fans.

“No chestnut praline?? Unbelievable,” one angry customer wrote on

“Starbucks doesn’t have chestnut praline on the holiday menu this year? Cancel the holiday drinks, I don’t want them anymore,” someone chimed in while another said, “For the first time in a long time I’m not excited that the @Starbucks holiday drinks are here… They didn’t bring back the chestnut praline. So disappointed.”

“WHERE IS THE CHESTNUT PRALINE LATTE!? I wait for it all year,” asks another.

“Chestnut praline was the best drink you ever had. Why did you have to get rid of a good thing. Do better,” someone else wrote in part.

The coffee chain’s website says more “seasonal sips” will be “unwrapped” as the season progresses, so all hope is not lost. Last year, the chestnut praline latte returned later in the season along with the eggnog-flavored drinks.

The Independent has contacted Starbucks for comment.

Although the holiday menu remains uncertain, Starbucks has confirmed that Red Cup Day will return on November 17.

The annual tradition offers customers a limited-edition reusable red cup with the purchase of any holiday beverage. This year’s design has not yet been revealed.

Starbucks also brought back seasonal product offerings this year. Building on the viral popularity of the ‘Bearista’ cold cups launched last year, the coffee chain has launched a whole themed range of products this year.

A tumbler with a giant arc lid, a ceramic mug, an espresso cup and a snow globe, a glass ornament, a plush bag trinket, an Owala water bottle and a double-walled glass mug, all featuring the Bearista motif, will be available for purchase starting November 5.

Then, on November 10, Bearista Secret Box Cold Cups will be available in select stores. Each box will contain a mystery pattern.

The original Bearista Cold Cups will return to select stores on December 1st.
