Video shows Presley Gerber’s heartbreaking final moments in rehab hours before his death

Presley Gerber’s tragic final moments in rehab before his death at age 27 were captured in video obtained exclusively by Page Six.

In the footage, the late son of Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford is seen filming himself in Resolutions living in Santa Monica, California, the day before he died from an apparent overdose.

Presley wears a white tank top, silver chain necklace and black glasses in the music video. His distinct neck tattoos could also be seen in the video.

He begins filming the interior of his living quarters, which include several beds and a balcony overlooking the manicured property and city skyline.

Two sources confirm to Page Six that the video was filmed Saturday evening.

A representative for the Gerber family did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The model died of an apparent overdose while staying at the luxurious $7.7 million rehabilitation center on September 20. He was 27 years old.

The property includes accommodation, a cinema room, a gym, views of the city and nearby mountains, and a fully equipped kitchen with chef-prepared meals for residents.

As for treatment, the website describes residents participating in a “three-phase recovery program” that includes “goal-setting activities, volunteer work, and character-building exercises.”

Insiders told Page Six that Presley checked into the facility the same weekend he was pronounced dead.

In audio of the dispatch obtained by Page Six, authorities responded as “cardiac arrest” and an “overdose.”

Another source told us that Presley “didn’t seem like himself” in the days leading up to his death.

After news of his death surfaced, a representative for the family told Page Six in a statement that they were asking for “privacy during this very difficult and painful time.”

A source previously told Page Six that Presley’s sister, Kaia Gerber, was having a hard time coping with his passing, as they shared an extremely close bond.

“Kaia and Presley were incredibly close. I don’t know how she’s going to carry on without him,” the source said. “They were so much more than brother and sister. She’s heartbroken. They were like best friends.”

Another source told us that Presley’s mother was “devastated” and “inconsolable” after losing her only son.

“They were so close,” the source said. “What you saw online and in the press wasn’t just for that. They were a close-knit family and (sister) Kaia and Presley were more than just siblings. Cindy must be beyond gutted.”

Presley was reportedly cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home, with the family planning to keep his ashes at his parents’ home in Malibu.

Rande and Cindy are reportedly “struggling emotionally” to plan a memorial for their late son.

“Their priority is to keep this private, without media or paparazzi,” a source told People.

The official cause of death has not yet been released.

Presley struggled with an opioid addiction for years. He also struggled with depression and was arrested for drunk driving in 2018, to which he pleaded no contest and was placed on probation for three years.

Throughout this ordeal, Cindy remained by her son’s side and showed him her unwavering support.

“Cindy was extremely involved in everything related to Kaia and Presley’s growth,” a source previously told us. “She never missed a school activity and was up-to-date on everything regarding her children.”

“I’m sure Cindy would make sure her child gets the best rehab,” the source added. “That’s the kind of mom she was. She was so involved in everything for them.”
