A woman says she was injured after being thrown from a mechanical penis ride at a Las Vegas bar and is now filing a lawsuit.
Amber Zabran, of Illinois, filed the lawsuit last week in Clark County, Nevada, court, according to KLAS. She said she was thrown from the ride and her foot or ankle got caught under a large cut-out section and was injured.
The bar is called The Nerd at Neonopolis on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. The bar frequently promotes this unique ride on its webpage and social media. The ride is shaped like male genitalia and functions like a mechanical bull, with the rider trying to stay without falling.

“Ride it, slide it, stay on top of the famous Bull Ride from Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member exclusive to The Nerd. Can you hold on?” reads the website.
Zabran claims she and her friends were at the bar and were not asked to sign a waiver before boarding, according to KLAS. She said staff wanted to make the ride more difficult as the ride continued.
When she was thrown from the ride, Zabran suffered “great physical and mental pain, including severe and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to the nervous system resulting in mental stress, anxiety and anguish,” the lawsuit notes.
Some of her injuries may be permanent, according to the report, but it does not specify further how she was injured.
Zabran is now seeking various expenses, including medical costs, totaling more than $15,000 – but no specific figures have been given, according to KLAS.
