WWE Raw live results (September 28): Updates, notes for tonight’s fallout on Solo Sikoa’s kidnapping

Tag team action is the main match of the evening. Judgment Day looks to score a real victory this time by eliminating the duo of Je’Von Evans and Penta.

This match required no false interference or distractions. But of course, Bayley comes to the announcer’s desk. Lyra watches her, then dives at Sky only to be hit with a counter dropkick, followed by an Over The Moonsault for the Sky.

I really don’t want to see this feud continue.

Lyra misses a diving kick to the outside before throwing a spinning wheel kick at Sky near the post. She misses and takes a springboard Moonsault from the former world champion. In the ring, Sky hits the Meteors and tags in Over-The-Moonsault. Lyra gets up to attack and lands a nasty elevated neckbreaker for the two count.

Lyra gets hit throat-first into the ropes by Sky exiting the ring. She counters Sky to set up a Fisherman’s Suplex on the tarmac and lands her.

Lyra gets Sky up for a Nightwing, but Sky rolls to counter and double foot. She kicks Lyra and lands an underhook backbreaker for a near fall. These two are cooking.

Sky starts hitting his arms in succession. They head to the corner and Lyra kicks out. A big missile dropkick follows before the Sky emote. Sky goes for the Meteora Bullet Train and runs into an upgraded Enziguiri and Gutwrench Powerbomb for next fall.

Sky finds a good dropkick. Monkey Lyra knocks Sky out of the corner, but she lands on her feet and goes for a pin attempt. Lyra turns it into a reverse Boston Crab, then into a Pendulum Swing submission. Lyra lets go, then throws Sky to the mat. Sky runs the ropes and moves away before taking Lyra out to hit a superkick and Cross-Body off the barricade.

Lyra vs. Iyo time. Lyra is wearing red boots, which doesn’t suit her outfit at all, I must say.

Stephanie Vaquer announces that Lynch and Morgan will face off next week for a chance to win the women’s world title at Money In the Bank. One way or another, we’ll get a triple threat out of it. Why leave someone out?

Cass avoids a Dragon Operation and goes for a Chokeslam. Lee counters with a big roll-up and gets the victory! Sheesh. These two work pretty well together.

Lee dives onto Cass in the ring and gets nailed in Cross-Body position. Cass lifts him into Samoan Drop position and gets caught in a brief submission. Lee escapes and runs the ropes to hit a DDT and a hidden blade. The man was watching Will Ospreay this weekend. Cass kicks out.

Lee puts Cass in the corner for some dropkicks and stomps. Cass is largely unfazed before being thrown outside and hit with a diving Hurricanrana. Lee stages the big suicide dive and crashes directly on Cass’ head. It was basically a diving header.

Cass Military pushes Lee back into the ring. Lee takes a big clothesline for a nearfall.

Cass positions Lee for a corner pin, but Lee escapes to cut Cass off before he gets slammed into the turnbuckle. Lee superkicks, then chops Cass until he’s just pushed over the top rope.
