Drugs, saliva on shirt found at scene of AEW star Pac’s death: police
Wrestling star Benjamin Satterley, who performed in AEW under the name Pac, reportedly had saliva on the front of his shirt and drugs in his car when authorities found him dead in a restaurant parking lot in Illinois last month.
A member of the Des Plaines Police Department wrote in an incident report obtained Monday by the California Post that the two sightings were made just after discovering Satterley deceased in a rental car outside a Des Plaines CAVA around 4 p.m. on Sept. 27.

A search of Satterley’s pockets and backpack turned up no notable findings, the officer said in the report.
The type of drug was redacted in the documents.
Satterley’s phone, however, reportedly provided police with clues to the wrestler’s whereabouts during his final hours.
“I noticed Google Maps was still open on his cell phone and was pointing him toward O’Hare Airport,” an officer said in the police report.
The official added that Satterley’s phone rang and when it was answered, a woman on the other line said she knew Satterley.

She said “she last spoke to Benjamin on the phone around 1:20 p.m. and he said he was going to lunch at CAVA,” according to the police report. “He had been traveling for his job as a professional wrestler for the past three weeks across the United States and had been in the Chicago area since Thursday (9/24/2026) or Friday (9/25/2026). She related that his flight was delayed and Benjamin was scheduled to catch his flight back to the UK at approximately 3:30 p.m..”
The incident report stated there were “no obviously suspicious marks on Satterley or any circumstances inside the vehicle.”
The cause of death is pending “further testing” following an initial autopsy, a spokesperson for the Cook County medical examiner’s office told The Post last week.
Satterley had wrestled in an AEW match against Andrade the night before his death at the NOW Arena in Chicago.
He was 40 years old.
